Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, with no questions asked, subject to the conditions below.

You can request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

You do not need to provide a reason for requesting a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
The product should be unused and in its original condition.
The product should be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and other items supplied with the order, where applicable.
The product should be adequately packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse a return where the product has been used, damaged, altered, or is missing essential components, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

3. Return Shipping

For a 14-day no-questions-asked return, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

If the product received is wrong, defective, damaged, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the eligible refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
